This program will change your life once and for all.  You will not only shed those unwanted pounds, but you will look better.  Your skin will glow, your eyes will look brighter and clearer.  You will also sleep better and I have found that numerous clients say they no longer snore.  You will have more energy as you are feeding your body properly.  You will wake up feeling a sense of well being instead of dragging as your digestive system will be functioning easier.  You will be a happier and healthier you.  Plus you will lose amazing inches such as ten to fifteen inches per 10 pounds of body fat.

Once you have done this program you will never desire another as you will feel the changes within yourself.  That in itself will make you want to stay on track.  The program is designed to lose all your weight, then we re-introduce fats and salts through the use of everyday foods which will allow your body to stabilize at your desired weight and then last but not least you will learn how to maintain your weight through a maintenance program.  Stabilization is so important so that you do not gain your weight back.  Once you have finished your maintenance program statistically you should never gain your weight back. There is no gimmick to this program.  It is safe and healthy for all.

I have successfully help men, women and children of all ages with great success.  It is easy to follow as you can go to your own grocery store and eat whatever foods that you choose.  All your proteins, vegetables, fruits and starches are allowed.  There is no measuring of foods, no counting calories and no pre-packaged foods.  I will guide you through this program using the web cam or through email. 

The program is easy to do and you will not be hungry.  If you are hungry, then you are not eating as much as you can. Sounds to good to be true, well it is.  My Father always said Keep It Simple Stupid and that is just what we are going to do!!!

There are different stages which will allow you to raise your metabolism and digestion in order to have great results.  Your weight will fall off you quickly as I will be able to monitor your diet and work with you privately.
